Our Offerings

BELONG Framework

Our BELONG FRAMEWORK® has been developed to empower organisations to embrace neurodiversity and foster inclusive, innovative workplaces.

Neuro North Forum

Join us at the Neuro North Forum to develop your understanding, network, and champion inclusive workplaces that celebrate and support neurodiverse talent.

Creating an Inclusive Workplace

As organisations strive to create inclusive workplaces, understanding current practices and policies related to neurodiversity, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and areas such as support systems and processes around maternity/paternity leave, long term absence and menopause is essential.

This questionnaire aims to gather insights into your organisation’s efforts and attitudes toward these critical areas. Your feedback will help you to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities for improvement,  and provide you with a starting point for discussions with IncluScape aimed at supporting, implementing and developing a more inclusive and supportive workplace.

IncluScape's Mission
